Request Quotation
Choose your shipping terms (FOB, CIF, or DAP), set your timeline, and submit the request. Go2Stone reviews and prepares your proforma - typically within one business day.

Review Proforma
Go2Stone sends you a proforma invoice with final pricing, freight, and payment terms. You can accept, request changes, or cancel.

Order Confirmed
Once you accept the proforma, your bundles are reserved and pulled from live producer stock. You receive status updates as your order moves through dispatch preparation and shipping.
Frequently Asked Questions
Every slab on the platform is live, ready-to-load inventory - there is no production wait. Inventory slabs typically dispatch from the producer 7 to 10 days after order confirmation (verification against proforma photos, ISPM-15 packing on bundle frames, inland transport to the origin port, container stuffing, and Bill of Lading issuance). After that, ocean transit varies by origin and destination; destination-side customs clearance plus inland delivery typically adds 3–7 days. Typical totals from common Mediterranean origins: Europe 4–6 weeks, US East Coast 5–8 weeks, US West Coast 8–11 weeks, Middle East 3–5 weeks, Australia 9–13 weeks. Origins outside the Mediterranean follow different routes. Once you sign the proforma, Go2Stone confirms an exact ETA based on the next available CMA CGM or MSC vessel on your route.

Bundles are only reserved when your order is confirmed. If a bundle sells out during the quoting process, we'll notify you and suggest alternatives.
Your proforma itemises what you actually pay: each bundle at its displayed price per square metre, plus the freight for your chosen Incoterm (FOB, CIF or DAP). The platform margin is already inside the displayed stone prices, so there is no separate fee line and nothing gets added at checkout. For CIF and DAP, freight is booked at Go2Stone's carrier-direct rates with CMA CGM or MSC, with no forwarder commission on top.
Payment terms are stated on your proforma. The default for live-inventory orders is 100% by wire transfer (T/T) before shipment - single transfer to the Stomaton bank account printed on the proforma. Different terms can be agreed in writing on a per-order basis.
