Go2Stone Pro is the platform brand under which Stomaton Bilişim Madencilik Ticaret Ltd. Şti., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with its registered office at Hamidiye Mh. Susam Sk. 1/FA4, Çanakkale, Türkiye, operates the Platform.

5. Supervisory authorities
E-commerce activities in Türkiye are supervised by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. Personal-data activities are supervised by the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Stomaton cooperates in good faith with competent authorities in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
6. VAT position
Stomaton is registered for Turkish Value Added Tax (KDV). Exports of goods from Türkiye are generally zero-rated under Turkish tax law, subject to documentary conditions. VAT and other taxes in the country of destination are borne by the Buyer.
7. Online dispute resolution

Stomaton serves business users only and does not process consumer disputes; the ODR platform is referenced here for information only. Contractual disputes are resolved in accordance with clause 17 of the Terms of Service.
