Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the conduct expected of users of the Platform. It applies to Buyers, Producers, and any other user. Breach may result in suspension or termination of access and legal action.
2. Business use only
The Platform is reserved for legitimate business use in the course of trade or profession. Use by consumers, for personal purposes, or in a manner not connected to the bona fide purchase or supply of natural stone is not permitted.
3. Prohibited conduct
Users shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:
- scraping, crawling, or extracting data by automated means, except as expressly permitted;
- bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security features or access controls;
- impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting affiliation or authority;
- submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent Quotation Requests or orders;
- reselling, sharing, or sub-licensing access credentials;
- uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- conducting denial-of-service, brute-force, or similar attacks;
- infringing the intellectual-property, confidentiality, or privacy rights of any person;
- evading or attempting to evade sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
4. Content standards
Content submitted through the Platform - including messages, photographs, specifications, and company information - shall be lawful, accurate, non-infringing, not defamatory, and not deceptive. Producers are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory information they submit.
5. Reporting abuse
Suspected violations of this Policy should be reported to op@sez.ai with sufficient detail to identify the content or conduct, the persons involved, and any supporting evidence.
6. Consequences
Stomaton may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and refer matters to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Stomaton retains all other rights and remedies available at law.
7. Notice and action
Any person who considers that content on the Platform is illegal may submit a notice to op@sez.ai stating the location of the content, the legal basis for the claim, and the person's contact details. Stomaton will review the notice promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the content.
8. Appeal
A user whose content has been removed or whose account has been restricted may appeal in writing to op@sez.ai within thirty (30) days of the action, stating the reasons for the appeal. Stomaton will review and respond within a reasonable period.
