Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Stomaton is committed to making the Platform accessible to as wide an audience as reasonably possible, including users with disabilities. Accessibility is approached as an ongoing improvement, not a single project.

2. Current state

The Platform is designed with the guidance of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Conformance is partial at the date of this Statement. Core browsing and quotation flows are designed to work with keyboard navigation and common screen readers; some advanced and experimental features are not yet fully accessible.

3. Conformance status

The Platform is assessed as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. Stomaton is working to address these gaps.

4. Known limitations

The following areas are known not to meet full accessibility conformance at the date of this Statement:

  • 3D container visualizer: the interactive three-dimensional scene relies on mouse or touch input; full keyboard and screen-reader equivalents are not yet available.
  • Some producer-supplied content: slab photographs and producer-authored descriptions may not include alternative text; Stomaton is adding a producer-facing prompt to improve this.
  • Complex data tables: some producer and admin panel tables do not yet expose all relationships through ARIA attributes.

5. Feedback

Accessibility concerns, requests for an accessible alternative, or suggestions for improvement should be sent to op@sez.ai. Stomaton aims to respond within ten (10) business days and to remedy confirmed issues as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Compatibility

The Platform is tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Keyboard navigation is supported throughout. Compatibility with screen readers VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS is tested on core flows. Older browser versions may not render the Platform as intended.

7. Alternative channels

Where a feature of the Platform is not accessible to a user, Stomaton will provide an alternative channel to achieve the same outcome, including by email, telephone, or video call on request.

8. Date and review

This Statement was last reviewed on the date shown above. Stomaton reviews the Statement at least annually and whenever material changes to the Platform affect accessibility.
