1. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to all information, quotations, samples, and images made available through the Platform. It supplements, and is to be read with, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Quotes are indicative; Proformas are binding

A Quote issued by Stomaton is indicative only. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, creates no obligation on Stomaton to sell, and may be withdrawn or revised at any time before acceptance. Only a Proforma issued by Stomaton constitutes a binding offer, and a Contract is formed only when the Buyer countersigns the Proforma.

3. Natural variation

The Goods are natural stones. The Platform displays photographs of the specific slabs offered; Stomaton delivers those specific slabs. Visual variation between different bundles or lots is a natural property of the stone and is accurately represented in the photographs. Because inventory is live and unique, no "representative sample" regime applies.

4. Samples are indicative

Photographs published on the Platform are of the actual inventory offered and represent what will be delivered. Digital renderings, videos, or reference images of other lots are indicative of the material in general and do not replace the specific listing photographs. Samples, where provided on request, are supplied only to illustrate material characteristics and do not substitute for the specific listing.

5. Dimensional and thickness tolerances

Each slab is listed with its real and discounted (usable) dimensions. Stomaton delivers the slab at the dimensions shown on the Platform and restated in the Proforma; no additional dimensional tolerance applies. Thickness is stated in the Proforma; thickness tolerances follow international industry standards for the relevant stone type. Measurements are taken in accordance with customary industry practice.

6. Information provided "as is"

Information published on the Platform is provided "as is". Stomaton takes reasonable care in assembling Producer data, specifications, and technical information, but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information other than the specifications set out in a specific Proforma.

7. Platform availability

Stomaton makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but does not warrant uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. Planned maintenance and unplanned incidents may affect availability.

9. No professional advice

Content on the Platform is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, structural, installation, or fabrication advice. The Buyer shall obtain qualified professional advice appropriate to its project before relying on any information.
